Salon Policies

At Femme Fatale Beauty Co. Inc., appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. To ensure fairness to both our clients and technicians, we kindly ask that all guests review and respect the following booking policies.

A valid credit card is required to secure:
All new client appointments
Multi-service bookings
Specialty services
Select high-demand bookings
By booking with Femme Fatale Beauty Co. Inc., clients authorize the salon to charge the card on file in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to and equal to 50% of the scheduled service total.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) may be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment total to the card on file.
Clients with outstanding cancellation, late, or no-show fees will be required to pay all balances in full prior to booking any future appointments with Femme Fatale Beauty Co. Inc

Clients arriving late may have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on timing and technician availability.
Late arrivals may still be subject to the full scheduled service fee.

Same-day and last-minute appointments remain subject to all booking, cancellation, and no-show policies.

By booking an appointment with Femme Fatale Beauty Co. Inc., you acknowledge and agree to all booking, cancellation, no-show, and payment policies outlined above.

At Femme Fatale Beauty Co. Inc., we are deeply committed to upholding the highest level of sanitation, sterilization, hygiene, and safe-service practices throughout our establishment.
We are committed to maintaining the highest level of cleanliness, safe-service practices, and infection prevention throughout every aspect of our salon and aesthetic services. These standards are not followed only when required — they are continuously upheld as a core foundation of our business.
All reusable tools, implements, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized in accordance with strict professional sanitation protocols and industry standards. Where applicable, implements are sterilized using professional-grade hospital-grade disinfectants and autoclave sterilization procedures to achieve the highest possible standard of sterilization and infection control.
All disposable items and single-use tools are strictly one-time use only and are immediately discarded after each client service.
Treatment areas, service stations, beds, chairs, tools, and frequently touched surfaces are routinely cleaned and disinfected between every appointment to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for both clients and staff.
Our team follows strict hygiene, sanitization, sterilization, and safe-service protocols at all times to help ensure a safe, comfortable, and professional experience for every client who enters our establishment.

Tattoo Policies

Tattoo Booking Policy
All tattoo appointments require:
A valid credit card on file
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the quoted tattoo price
Tattoo quotes are estimates based on the information provided during consultation and may vary depending on:
Design changes
Size adjustments
Placement
Detail level
Additional time required during the appointment
Final pricing may increase or decrease depending on the actual work completed during the tattoo appointment.
Deposits are applied toward the final service total.
Because tattoo appointments require extensive preparation, scheduling, drawing time, and reserved studio time, all deposits are non-refundable.

Femme Fatale Beauty Co. Inc. offers one complimentary touch-up for eligible tattoo services performed in-salon.
Touch-ups:
Must be completed by the original artist
Must be booked within six (6) months of the original appointment
Are provided only when proper aftercare has been followed
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided at the time of service.
Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in:
Ink loss
Uneven healing
Premature fading
Patchiness
Touch-ups required due to improper healing, neglect, trauma, excessive sun exposure, tanning, picking, or failure to follow aftercare instructions will be charged at the artist’s current rate.
Fine Line & Delicate Tattoo Disclaimer
Fine line, ultra-fine, and delicate tattoos naturally heal softer and lighter than traditional tattoo styles.
Due to the nature of these tattoo styles, some fading, softening, blurring, or loss of detail may occur during healing over time.
Certain placements including:
Fingers
Hands
Feet
Wrists
Neck
High-friction or high-movement areas
may experience reduced ink retention and are not guaranteed.

Clients seeking cover-ups, reworks, or work over existing tattoos must submit clear photos prior to booking.
Not all previous work can be safely or effectively covered or corrected.
Failure to disclose previous tattoo work before the appointment may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of tattoo services, all deposits, booking fees, completed services, and tattoo procedures are final and non-refundable.

Permanent Makeup / Cosmetic Tattoo Policy Section

Permanent Makeup Booking Policy
All Permanent Makeup and Cosmetic Tattoo appointments require:
A valid credit card on file
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the quoted service price
Deposits are applied toward the final appointment total.
Because Permanent Makeup appointments require extensive preparation, consultation time, scheduling, mapping, and reserved studio time, all deposits are non-refundable.

Previous Permanent Makeup Policy
Clients with previous:
Microblading
Permanent Makeup
Cosmetic Tattooing
Brow Tattooing
Lip Blushing
Eyeliner Tattoo
completed by another artist must submit clear photos prior to booking approval.
Not all previous work can be safely corrected, covered, or worked over.
Failure to disclose previous work prior to booking may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit.
Previous work completed by another artist is considered a new procedure and does not qualify for touch-up pricing.
Healing & Retention Disclaimer
Permanent Makeup is a cosmetic tattoo procedure and healed results vary based on:
Skin type
Lifestyle
Existing pigment
Medications
Health conditions
Sun exposure
Aftercare compliance
Skin retention and healing ability
Results cannot be guaranteed, and additional touch-ups or maintenance appointments may be required to achieve or maintain desired results.
Permanent Makeup is considered a low-maintenance beauty service, not a no-maintenance service.
Touch-Up Policy
Touch-up appointments are important for refining healed results and achieving the best possible outcome.
Touch-ups required due to:
Improper aftercare
Picking
Excessive sun exposure
Tanning
Failure to follow instructions
Client negligence
will be charged at the current service rate.
Appointments booked outside the recommended touch-up timeframe may be considered maintenance appointments and charged accordingly.
Contraindications & Right to Refuse Service
For client safety, Femme Fatale Beauty Co. Inc. reserves the right to refuse service where:
Contraindications are present
Skin integrity is compromised
Medical concerns exist
Safe-service protocols cannot be properly followed
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Permanent Makeup and Cosmetic Tattoo procedures, all deposits, booking fees, and completed services are final and non-refundable.
